Eyestripe Surgeonfish

Acanthurus dussumieri

Eyestripe surgeonfish are a beautiful combination of gold, blue, green, and white. They are often found near the bottom in somewhat deeper water than other surgeonfish seem to prefer. They have a yellow stripe across they eye, hence the name, and have white tail barbs. They somewhat resemble yellowfin surgeonfish and
ringtail surgeonfish.
